Cancellation Timeline & Fees
We understand that plans change. Because we secure your luxury accommodations and transport in advance, our cancellation tiers are as follows based on your Commencement Date:
- 30+ Days Prior: 90% Refund of total booking value.
- 15 to 29 Days Prior: 50% Refund of total booking value.
- 7 to 14 Days Prior: 25% Refund of total booking value.
- Less than 7 Days (or No Show): 0% Refund. Strictly non-refundable.
Processing Refunds
All approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment (Credit Card, UPI, Net Banking) used during the checkout process. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, subject to standard banking timelines.
How to Cancel
To initiate a cancellation, you must send a formal request from your registered email address to booking.traveltara@gmail.com, quoting your official Booking Reference ID (e.g., TRV-XXXXXX). Cancellations over phone or WhatsApp must be followed by an email confirmation.
