Day 1 Arrival & Scenic Ascent to Daringbadi

This marks the beginning of your scenic loop covering Brahmapur, Daringbadi, Mandasaru, Belghar, and Khasada Falls. Begin the scenic drive through winding forested ghat roads, tribal villages, waterfalls, and mountain valleys toward Daringbadi, Odisha’s only hill station located at an altitude of nearly 3,000 feet. As the road gradually climbs into the Eastern Ghats, enjoy changing landscapes of dense forests, misty valleys, and cool mountain weather. Upon arrival, check into your eco-resort surrounded by pine-covered hills and peaceful natural surroundings. In the evening, visit Hill View Park for panoramic views of the rolling mountain ranges before witnessing a spectacular sunset amidst the peaceful atmosphere of Nature Park.
Day 2 Pine Forests, Coffee Trails & Hidden Waterfalls
After breakfast, begin your exploration of the scenic landscapes surrounding Daringbadi Pine Forest, one of the most unique high-altitude pine forest regions in Eastern India. The tall pine trees, cool mountain breeze, and quiet forest trails create a distinctly Himalayan atmosphere within Odisha. Continue toward the famous Daringbadi Coffee Plantation and black pepper gardens where local cultivation techniques and high-altitude farming landscapes can be experienced amidst lush greenery. Later, proceed toward the hidden forest surroundings of Midubanda Waterfall reached through scenic forest trails and rugged natural terrain. Surrounded by dense greenery and rocky cliffs, the waterfall offers a peaceful and refreshing natural experience away from crowded tourist areas. Day 3 Mandasaru Silent Valley & Tribal Landscapes of Belghar
Today focuses on the untouched wilderness and tribal landscapes of the Eastern Ghats. Proceed toward Mandasaru Gorge, popularly known as the “Silent Valley of Odisha.” Surrounded by dense forests, deep valleys, echo points, waterfalls, and untouched natural beauty, Mandasaru offers one of the most peaceful and least commercialized landscapes in Odisha. Explore the eco-park region and panoramic valley viewpoints before continuing deeper into the remote forested highlands toward Belghar. This isolated Eastern Ghats region is known for dense forests, elephant habitats, rugged mountain terrain, and indigenous tribal settlements including the Kutia Kondh communities who preserve centuries-old cultural traditions. After experiencing the raw and untouched beauty of Belghar, return to Daringbadi through scenic mountain roads and forest valleys.
Day 4 Khasada Waterfall & Departure
After breakfast, begin the scenic descent from the Eastern Ghats toward the plains. En route, visit the beautiful Khasada Waterfall known for its broad cascading rock formations, forest surroundings, and peaceful natural atmosphere. Depending on weather and water conditions, guests may safely enjoy the shallow stream sections and scenic viewpoints around the waterfall region. Later, continue toward Brahmapur Railway Station or Biju Patnaik International Airport for onward departure, concluding your peaceful Eastern Ghats and Daringbadi hill retreat.
